The main commemoration will be held in Hanoi by the Party Central Committee’s Commission for Information, Education and Mass Mobilization in coordination with the committee's Office, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the VJA, the Hanoi People’s Committee, and other relevant agencies.

Vietnam News Agency publications at a Spring Press Festival

A series of activities at the Vietnam-Soviet Friendship Cultural Palace in Hanoi include the National Press Festival and an exhibition on the press sector’s achievements, scheduled from June 19 to 21. A national press forum will take place on June 19, followed by the 19th National Press Awards ceremony on the evening of June 21. A special art performance will also mark the occasion.

Other highlights include an April visit to Guangzhou, China, where President Ho Chi Minh founded Thanh Nien (Young People) newspaper, and another visit to Truong Sa in May.

To mark its 75th anniversary, the VJA will hold a "Back to the Roots" program on April 20, featuring tributes to President Ho Chi Minh and visits to historical sites in the northern province of Thai Nguyen, including the VJA’s birthplace.

On April 21, a national conference reviewing VJA activities and 2024 emulation efforts will take place at La Thanh Guesthouse in Ba Dinh, Hanoi.
