The city’s administrative service center is tasked with reviewing and updating information on administrative procedures and synchronizing data between the city’s system and the National Public Service Portal. The city authority also asked for regular training for officials to improve their information technology capabilities.

The Office of the Hanoi People’s Committee will direct the Center for Communication, Data, and Digital Technology to publicize the results on the city’s electronic portal in accordance with the Prime Minister’s instructions.

These measures aim to enhance the quality of service for citizens and businesses, contributing to improving the operational efficiency of state agencies in the city.
