The Gia Nghia Central Square and Museum-Library-Park Complex was constructed during the 2022-2026 period. Covering a total area of 24.1 hectares, the projects were funded with nearly VND 525 billion from the state budget.

Addressing the ceremony, Ho Van Muoi, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, emphasized that the inauguration of the two projects marked not only the completion of major cultural and urban infrastructure works but also an important milestone in creating a new development space, improving people's quality of life, and providing fresh momentum for the province's rapid and sustainable development in the new period.
At the ceremony, the Provincial People's Committee presented certificates of merit to one collective, two individuals, and five households for their outstanding contributions to site clearance and project construction. It also presented 15 gift packages to policy beneficiary families, national contributors, and disadvantaged households in the locality.
