Film festival on traffic culture for youths launched in Hanoi
PANO - Traffic culture among Vietnamese youths is the theme of a national film festival on traffic safety launched on August 9 in Hanoi by the National Traffic Safety Committee and the Department of Traffic Police of the Ministry of Public Security.
After nine editions, the festival has attracted the participation of organizations and individuals nationwide, contributing to improving the effectiveness of traffic safety measures and raising people’s self-awareness of obeying the traffic laws.

This year’s event focuses on youths’ role in maintaining traffic order and safety, outstanding youth examples in ensuring traffic safety, and the reality of youths obeying traffic safety laws.
The festival’s entries are divided into three categories: documentary, educational program and short clip. Eligible applicants are all Vietnamese citizens and organizations within Vietnam.
The deadline to submit entries is October 15 and the winning entries will be honored this December.
