CAAV General Director Uong Viet Dung stated that the transfer should be carried out swiftly, ensuring no disruptions to domestic and international air transport operations.

Previously, at the National Civil Aviation Security Committee's national conference on February 25, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha directed the MoT, the Ministry of Information and Communications, and relevant enterprises to quickly review and assess the safety and security of current aviation information and data systems; equipment, infrastructure, technology, and personnel, as well as future investment demands; and complete response procedures and conduct regular drills to handle potential aviation security threats.

The transfer must be carried out on schedule, comprehensively covering legal frameworks, mechanisms, policies, equipment, and personnel to ensure uninterrupted and seamless aviation security operations, he stressed.
