2017 National Press Festival to be held in Hanoi
PANO - The 2017 National Press Festival, themed “Vietnamese press along with national renewal”, will be organized in Hanoi from March 17 to 19, as revealed at a press conference on March 6.
The festival will showcase spring newspapers and outstanding publications of 2016 and the first quarter of 2017. On the sidelines of the event, an exhibition, named “On every paths of the country”, and a seminar on journalists’ ethics in the digital era will also be held.
The event contributes to enhancing the role and prestige of the Vietnam Journalists’ Association; and honoring the great contributions of units, individuals, organizations and enterprises to the cause of Vietnamese revolutionary press.
The same day, an exhibition of 500 objects and materials featuring images of women and female reporters was opened in Hanoi.
