Receiving the outgoing diplomat in Hanoi on August 28, the host said that two countries’ bilateral relations have seen stellar growth in the past few years but there is great untapped potential cooperation for the two sides.

He called on Vietnamese enterprises to invest in Nigeria where they will have chances to enlarge their markets to Western African countries, suggesting that Vietnamese businesses can grow and process cashew nuts in Nigeria for exports.
