PANO – The Ministry of Eduction and Training yesterday opened a National Science and Technology competition for high school students in the southern region of the 2015-2016 academic year in Dong Nai province.

Students from 32 cities and provinces, from Da Nang southward compete in 17 science and technology categories with 206 projects. According to the organizing panel, the top three winners will be admitted to universities without taking entrance exams.

This is the fifth contest of its kind organized by the Ministry to look for talents and create a useful playground for high school students.

The contest will end on March 15th.
