Hanoi University and the Australia’s IDP Education signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to grant the IELTS certification to the University on March 20.

The extension of this certifiaction, coded as VN104, will create favourable conditions for students to take the test. In addition, IDP has empowered the Hanoi University to organise IELTS training courses at the Australian Centre for Education and Training.
