PANO - Hospitals in Hanoi provided first aids for 11,482 emergency cases from February 6th to February 13th, including 1,039 cases of traffic accidents, 1 case because of firecrackers and 10,442 cases due to other causes, announced the Hanoi City's Department of Health on February 13th.

In addition, the hospitals also provided treatments for 4,522 cases, operated surgeries to save 756 cases of traumatic brain injuries due to traffic accidents. All the medical workers on duty during the Tet holidays have wholeheartedly taken care of patients and successfully cured many patients in critical conditions.
The hospitals have maintained their missions in 4 levels with 1,235 medical workers and 41 rescue teams on duty per day. They also prepared sufficient drugs, fluids, emergency equipment to be able to cure patients in various situations.
