The conference was held via online form. During the event, Mrs. Doan Thi Hao, member of the N.A.’s Social Committee, informed the voters about the results of the 15th N.A.’s fifth sitting.

Speaking at the event, voters expressed their excitement at the success of the N.A.’s fifth sitting. Via three weeks, the N.A. delegates discussed major issues and events of the country, namely reviewing the implementation of the socio-economic development and State budget plans in 2023; personnel work; especially hot issues related to national plans and people’s livelihood, such as electricity shortage, electricity price; vehicle registration; land; anti-corruption, among others, which are concerns of a large number of voters nationwide.

Voters also asked the N.A. and Government to find out solutions to develop the economy while building practical policies for people and laborers to overcome difficulties and challenges and soon stabilize their life. Meanwhile, they expressed their hope that the N.A.’s delegation would request relevant organs to support people to activate the citizen IDs, to name but a few.

Addressing the event, General Giang briefed voters on the world and regional situations; national socio-economic development in the first half of the year. Accordingly, the Government has directed ministries, agencies and localities to take drastic measures for socio-economic development and fight corruption and negative phenomena with remarkable results...

In addition, the defense leader also noted the implementation of military and defense tasks over the past time and missions in the coming time, hoping that local authorities and voters would actively support military units stationed in the province to accomplish their assigned tasks.

He also affirmed that he would convey recommendations and proposals of voters to the N.A. and Government.

On the occasion, on behalf of the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defense, General Giang presented 100 gifts to policy and needy households in Thai Nguyen province, hoping that they would further promote the tradition of the locality, follow the Party’s guidelines, and the State’s laws and policies, contributing to the development of the province.
