PANO - The CMC Telecommunication Service Corporation (CMC Telecom) signed a strategic cooperative agreement with Microsoft Vietnam on May 24th in Ho Chi Minh City.

CMC Telecom has now become a main distributor for Microsoft’s cloud computing services to customers at home and abroad. The corporation will consult, develop and provide information technology solutions based on Microsoft’s cloud computing. Their comprehensive solutions and services for businesses will include Microsoft Azure cloud computing, SharePoint intranet portal, Office 365, OneDrive, etc.

Ngo Trong Hieu, CEO of CMC Telecom, said cloud computing is an inevitable trend of modern technology. The corporation hopes available telecommunication infrastructure packaging services, such as voice service, virtual switchboard and cloud computing, will provide convenient services to small, medium and large enterprises. Cloud computing applications also helps reduce costs and apply “green” information technology.
