PANO – A boarding house for Agent Orange victims in Da Nang, in the municipal Support Centre for AO victims, was inaugurated and put into operation on March 9th in Hoa Nhon commune, Hoa Vang district.

The house was constructed on an area of 250sq.m with total investment of VND 1.2 billion from Mr. Hanrold Chan Soo Yord, a Singaporean businessman.

The benefactor has been working with Da Nang’s Association for Agent Orange Victims for a year and provided VND 37 billion to buy equipment for the municipal General Hospital to give better healthcare for AO victims.

In addition, Mr. Hanrold Chan Soo Yord also gives US$36,000/year to promote the association’s activities for the ill-fated people.
