Bikes for disadvantaged children in Kon Tum

PANO - The Patronage  Association for the Disabled and Orphaned Children of Kon Tum province handed over 60 bikes, worth VND 1.5 million each, to disadvantaged children on August 30 in Kon Tum City.

The gifts were bought with the association's 2016 budget in order to support the disabled and orphaned children in the districts of Dak Glei, Dak To, Kon Ray, Sa Thay, Kon Plong and Tu Mo Rong.

On this occasion, the association presented 30 scholarships (VND 2 million each) to disabled and orphaned children at primary and secondary schools of Dak Ha, Dak To and Kon Ray districts. The association also plans to hand over additional 40 bikes to disadvantaged children with good academic records in the locality.
