PANO - Troops of Brigade 171 (Naval Region 2) and DK1 Battalion quickly transported packages to bring goods to its DK1 platforms. This was an important part during the visit to DK1 platform troops ahead of Tet (lunar New Year) holiday and armed forces stationed in Con Dao district of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province.

Accordingly, gifts of the Defense Ministry, Naval Service, Naval Region 2, enterprises, and people across the country will be sent to troops on duty over sea and islands on the occasion of the lunar New Year 2023 via ships Truong Sa 10 and 21. The gifts include apricot and peach flowers, Tet jam, cakes, candies, and glutinous rice, among others.
