After receiving information, the leadership of Regiment 726 of Corps 16 sent over 50 military troops and defense workers with vehicles to the scene. The dispatched team in coordination with the local military and police forces and the Dak Giang Border Port, supported the local people to overcome consequences of the rainstorm.
At 10:00 on May 10, the supporting forces helped four households rebuild and repair their houses and clean the environment. The local military forces also offered each rainstorm-hit household 20kg of rice.
