Accordingly, fisherman Le Van Lam, a crew-member of trawler BD 96433 TS, suffered from a sea snake bite while fishing at sea.

Immediately, the ship rushed to the scene and gave the fisherman first aid and medicines. After a health examination, the patient was diagnosed with shortness of breath, high blood pressure, body aches, and swollen bite and unable to eat anything.

The leader of Ship 278 provides food, medicines and VND 1 million in cash to the injured fisherman.

At 13:30 on the same day, the medical team of Ship 278 took the injured fisherman to Con Dao district's General Hospital for further treatment.

At present, the patient is in stable health condition.

Reportedly, Le Van Lam was born in 1987 in Hoai Huong ward, Hoai Nhon townlet, Binh Dinh province and the trawler departed from Ben Da port, Vung Tau city on July 18.
