Military youths join voluntary blood donation event
PANO – On August 7, the Military Youth Board in collaboration with the Departments of Politics of the Air Defense - Air Force Service and Army Corps 2, Military Central Hospital 108 and Military Hospital 103 launched a voluntary blood donation event at the Military School of Army Corps 2 and the Air Defense - Air Force Technical College.
The event saw the participation of nearly 1,200 youths and collected around 1,000 blood units.
It was held in response to the voluntary blood donation movement 2021, which has been launched by the General Department of Politics at the Military Technical Academy on March 2, 2021. The military youths have donated 35,000 blood units so far. These activities show the sentiment and responsibility of the military youths for the community.
The People’s Army Newspaper would like to introduce some images recorded at the event.
