Rear Admiral Nguyen Anh Tuan, Commander of Naval Region 4, hosted the reception.
Speaking at the working session, Nguyen Phuoc Loc affirmed that joining hands with the armed forces to protect the national sovereignty is considered a “command from the heart” of every resident. This spirit has been realized through the “For national sea and islands - For Fatherland front-line” campaign, which has received strong support from all walks of life.
In response to the “Greening Truong Sa (Spratly) Islands” program, the delegation coordinated the Naval Region 4 Command to implement “compassionate vegetable gardens” on islands. On this occasion, the delegation inaugurated a reception room at the Naval Region 4 Command’s hall and donated VND 500 million to assist the command in caring for troops’ living standards.
