This grassroots-oriented initiative provides 792 Tet gifts to policy beneficiaries and ethnic minorities, 183 scholarships, 31 breeding cows, and free healthcare for 700 residents. Additionally, four gratitude houses will be inaugurated in Giang 2 village. The program’s art exchange will be broadcast live on Vietnam Television to highlight the military-civilian bond.

Nguyen Thi Nguyet, Deputy Chairwoman of the Ha Tinh People’s Committee, confirmed that 16 local agencies are coordinating on security, logistics, and health services. Lieutenant General Nguyen Anh Tuan, Political Commissar of the Vietnam Border Guard Command, noted the program's vital role in mass mobilization and building the "people's heart" posture at the border.

Concluding the conference, Lieutenant General Vu Trung Kien emphasized that as the event follows the 14th National Party Congress, it must reflect a new spirit of action. He directed the Department of Political Affairs to ensure a methodical, safe, and solemn execution, blending political depth with artistic emotion to leave a lasting impression on border communities.
