During the program, the audience had a chance to hear touching stories about the typical examples’ efforts and optimism to overcome difficulties and hardships in task performance; as well as their thoughts, enthusiasm and dedication in studying and following President Ho Chi Minh’s thought, morality, and lifestyle.

Outstanding officers sharing their stories at the event

Meanwhile, the audience watched touching reportages reflecting the daily life and work of the Vietnamese peacekeeping soldiers, as well as thanks from the people in Abyei to the Vietnam Engineering Company Rotation 1 and Senior Colonel Mac Duc Trong, Deputy Director of the Vietnam Department of Peacekeeping Operations and former Chief of Vietnam Engineering Company Rotation 1. Attentively, a female officer, Senior Captain Vu Nhat Huong from the International Cooperation Department of the Vietnam Department of Peacekeeping Operations, completed the 379-day journey as a communications officer at the United Nations Multidimensional Integrated Stabilization Mission (MINUSCA), leaving good impression on her colleagues and the mission’s commanders.

Additionally, the program highlighted art performances by artists from the Military Music Singing and Dance Theater.
