Ealier, fishing boat QNa-95799 TS, captained by Tran Van Manh from Binh Minh commune, Thang Binh district, Quang Nam province, had run onto a shoal.
Upon receiving the news, the Border Post sent troops as well as called on fishing boats nearby to rescue the troubled boat. Due to a strong current, the provincial Border Guard Command had to direct a ship of Fleet 2, which was on duty in Cua Dai waters, to rush to the scene and towed the troubled boat ashore safely on the same day.
