The opening ceremony was attended by leaders of the service, Military Region 7, the Ho Chi Minh City Military Command, and the Military Command of the provinces of Dong Nai, Ba Ria – Vung Tau. Major General Pham Van Tinh, Second-in-Command of the ADAF Service, Head of the exercise’s Steering Committee was also present at the event.

The exercise aims to raise troops’ combined strength, combat readiness posture, coordination during task performance, and the management of equipment and weapons. This is also an occasion for participants to share experience and raise their competence in operation.

During the four-day event, the participating teams will implement contents related to political work, and logistic supplies and technical services.

Addressing the ceremony, Major General Pham Van Tinh requested the organizing panel to promptly organize the exercise as scheduled with high efficiency.

Participating troops should try their best to best perform their task during the exercise with absolute safety for both personnel and equipment.

After the exercise, units in the service will host meetings to evaluate shortcomings and map out solutions to raise the training quality in 2022 and the following years.
