On the occasion, the GDT honored outstanding groups and individuals for their contribution to the “Work well, work creatively” emulation movement for the 2017-2022 period.

At the ceremony, Senior Colonel Nguyen Manh Vung, Deputy Director of the Political Department under the GDT, reported that over the past five years, GDT’s trade union organizations have implemented emulation movements, especially the “Work well, work creatively” movement, in a comprehensive and innovative manner.

These movements have heightened the creativity and enthusiasm spirit of officers and trade union members, contributing to dealing with existing difficulties in manufacturing, effectively exploiting technological equipment to raise labor productivity and the quality of products, and well accomplishing all assignments, among others.

Since 2017, the GDT has made 2,900 projects and initiatives. Among them, 161 have been approved and applied to reality, promoting their scientific, economic, defense and security values. Additionally, numerous individuals have been awarded with certificates of merit by higher levels and other prizes.

At the ceremony, the GDT presented certificates of merit to nine groups and 23 individuals for their outstanding achievements in the “Work well, work creatively” emulation movements for the 2017-2022 period.
