Alongside preserving and promoting its proud traditions, General Nghia emphasized the need for continued innovation to meet the demands of the new era. He stressed that the PAN’s development vision should be aligned with the country’s goals for 2030 and 2045, while also taking a leading role in implementing the ideological and media strategies of Vietnam’s revolutionary press as it enters a new stage of development.
One of the key tasks highlighted by General Nghia was the development of the PAN into a leading national multimedia news organization. This is an objective requirement in the context of modern journalism’s rapid transition to the digital environment.
On behalf of the CMC, MND, and GDP, General Nghia extended his congratulations to Vietnamese journalists nationwide, and to the PAN in particular, on the occasion of the anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day. He wished the PAN to remain steadfast and resolute, maintain absolute loyalty to the Party, the State, and the people. He also encouraged the newspaper to produce more high-quality journalistic works, contributing to building and strengthening public trust, as well as pro-actively and effectively refuting and combating falsified and hostile viewpoints in a timely manner, thereby deserving the trust of the Party, the State, the military, and people.
