Young Cuban officers visit Quang Tri
PANO - As part of their visit and exchange program in Vietnam, on December 6, the delegation of young officers from the Cuban Revolutionary Armed Forces, led by Senior Colonel Fernando Quiviller Loyola, Political Chief of the Eastern Military Region of the Cuban Revolutionary Armed Forces, arrived in Quang Tri province for a working visit and exchange activities.

The delegation was welcomed and received by Political Commissar of the Quang Tri Provincial Military Command Sr. Col. Le Hong Viet and its Deputy Political Commissar Sr. Col. Truong Nhu Y.
During the visit, the Cuban officers offered flowers and incense in tribute to General Vo Nguyen Giap, and toured the Hien Luong - Ben Hai historical relic site in Cua Tung commune. At these sites, they met with several historical witnesses and recalled significant memories and milestones in the traditional friendship and faithful solidarity between Vietnam and Cuba.
In a warm and cordial atmosphere, young officers from both countries participated in cultural and artistic exchanges, shared professional experience, and reflected on the long-standing friendship between the two countries.
