Vietnamese high-ranking military delegation pays tribute to President Mao Zedong

The Vietnamese Defense Minister and delegation were in China to participating in the 10th Beijing Xiangshan Forum.

The high-ranking military delegation paid tribute to President Mao Zedong, the great leader of the Chinese people and founder of the People's Republic of China. President Mao Zedong and President Ho Chi Minh laid the foundation for the neighboring relations, friendship, and comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership between Vietnam and China.

President Mao Zedong, together with the Chinese military and people, helped Vietnam win the two resistance wars against foreign invaders for national independence.

Later the same day, General Phan Van Giang and the Vietnamese delegation arrived in Hanoi, successfully concluding the official visit to China and participation in the 10th Beijing Xiangshan Forum.
