During their stay in the Philippines, the Vietnamese naval delegation paid courtesy calls on the leadership of the Coastal Combat Force, Philippine Navy Fleet, and participated in sports exchanges with officers and sailors of the Philippine Navy.

In his farewell speech, Captain Jonathan Salvilla congratulated the Vietnam People’s Navy delegation on successfully completing their visit and exchange in the Philippines, affirming that the activities of the delegation had contributed to enhancing mutual understanding between the two navies.

On behalf of the Vietnamese delegation, Capt. expressed gratitude to the leadership and units of the Philippine Navy for their facilitation during their stay in Manila. He emphasized that the exchange activities with units of the Philippine Navy Fleet had been successful, contributing to strengthening the friendly and cooperative relations between the navies of Vietnam and the Philippines. He also expressed a desire to further promote exchanges between the Naval Academy and units of the Philippine Navy in the coming time.
