In 2023, nearly 5,000 foreign citizens received medical treatment at Military Hospital 175, including patients from the United Kingdom, Germany, Canada, and Australia. The purpose of the delegation's visit is to understand the hospital's operation, human resource, and infrastructure, then to discuss future cooperation, particularly regarding healthcare, medical assistance, and civilian protection.

According to Major General Tran Quoc Viet, the hospital consistently focuses on building a high-quality workforce, enhancing defense external affairs, and international cooperation to learn and transfer healthcare technologies. Additionally, there is an ongoing effort to improve the foreign language capability of the hospital’s staff and employees. Throughout its development, the hospital has received significant support from the Consulate Generals in Ho Chi Minh City, he stressed.
