Gift from police force of Houaphanh province province to the Nghe An Provincial Border Guard Command

On behalf of the Party Committee and the Board of Directors of the Houaphanh Provincial Police Department, Colonel Amphone Phanmachan sent Tet wishes to all of the troops of the Vietnamese Border Guard unit. He hoped that the relationship and cooperation between the two units will further develop, contributing to performing the tasks of protecting order and security, preventing crimes, especially drug-related crimes, and building a strong and stable border area.

Senior Colonel Tran Hai Binh, Commander of the Nghe An Border Guard Command, thanked the guests for their sentiments, support and effective coordination over the past time, especially in fighting against crimes, promoting information dissemination on crime prevention, and helping local people strengthen economic, social, and cultural development.

He also hoped that in the coming time, the two sides will continue to enhance their cooperation in an effective manner, strengthen information exchange, fight crimes, and firmly maintain political security, social order and safety in the region and the world.

During the two days of January 12 and 13, a delegation of the Nghe An Provincial Border Guard Command, the People's Committee of Ky Son district, and representatives of other units and localities inspected the combat readiness of Nhot Lot checkpoint under My Ly Border Guard Station and extended Tet wishes to troops of the Provincial Border Guard Command, and border troops of Company 217 of the Military Command of Houaphanh Province, Laos.

Nhot Lot checkpoint is tasked with protecting border areas and ensuring security and order from border landmarks 389 to 392 of the Vietnam-Laos borderline.

On the occasion, the delegation presented Tet gifts, worth VND 30 million, to troops of the units.

In addition, the Border Guard Command of Nghe An province also gave a mini hydropower generator worth more than VND 6 million, and various other meaningful gifts to the units.
