Major General Tuan highly appreciated the coordination among functional agencies in raising officers’ and soldiers’ awareness of the significance and importance of the mission, building their determination to overcome difficulties, and ensuring thorough preparations. Supplementary training has been conducted for the ship’s crew, while sports and art teams have been formed and rigorously trained. Logistics work for the mission has also been carefully prepared.

He requested relevant agencies and units to continue close coordination to complete entry and exit procedures for Ship CSB 8002 and its crew-members, maintain liaison with the Philippine Coast Guard, and proactively implement all assigned tasks under the approved plan. He emphasized that all activities must be conducted in a thoughtful manner, in line with diplomatic protocols, and with absolute safety.
