Hoa Quy ward with 15,000 inhabitants is facing a lot of difficulties in developing economy and health sector. The assistance of the foreign crewmembers is of great significance to improve quality of healthcare and treatment for local people.
Within a week, the ship’s members had helped repaired the infirmary’s roof, electricity and fresh water system and re-painted the infirmary.
The Pacific Partnership Program plans to send its sappers to improve the whole 200sq.m infirmary late this August at the cost of nearly US $70,000.
