PANO – A group of 10 French companies specialising in airport infrastructure will visit Vietnam between March 16th and 18th, according to a local aviation agency.

The agency said that the visit is hosted by the French Embassy in Hanoi and the group including French leading companies in airport infrastructure, namely ADPi, APAVE, BOUYGUES, DEXTRA, EGIS-AVIA, GATE, HGH, THALES, VINCI CONSTRUCTION and WFS, will survey local airports and seek investment and cooperation opportunities.

French companies with experts in airport infrastructure are also expected to introduce their advanced technology, products and services to local competent agencies during their visit to Vietnam.

At present, the Vietnamese Government, with preferential policies, is giving priorities to airport infrastructure investment and construction, aviation officials revealed. 

According to officials, the visit also aims to develop a comprehensive partnership and to boost bilateral trade and economic ties and cooperation between the two countries.
