The event was attended by Vietnamese Deputy Foreign Minister Dang Dinh Quy, ambassadors and senior diplomats of various countries in Hanoi, representatives from Vietnamese ministries, organizations, French enterprises and a large number of Vietnamese who had studied and worked in France.
Addressing the celebration, Deputy Foreign Minister Dang Dinh Quy underlined that the bilateral relationship between Vietnam and France has been concretized in various fields in accordance with the two countries defined pillars of politics, defense-security, economics-trade and culture-humanity since Vietnam and France established their strategic partnership in 2013. The cooperation achievements over the past years have brought the two countries closer and helped the two countries address numerous challenges to development, security and environment.
For his part, the French Ambassador to Vietnam informed the guests of the French President’s visit to Vietnam this September. The visit is another clear evidence of the Vietnam-France strategic partnership.
