Enhancing cooperation between Vietnam and INGOs
PANO - A press conference to introduce the 4th International Conference on Vietnam-foreign non-governmental organizations (INGO) cooperation was held on November 14 in Hanoi.
Addressing the event, Phan Anh Son, Head of the People's Aid Coordinating Committee (PACCOM) under the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations (VUFO) said that, with the Prime Minister's permission, the committee for foreign non-governmental organization affairs (COMINGO) will organize the fourth International Conference on Vietnam-foreign non-governmental organizations cooperation from December 12 to 13 at the National Conventions Center, Hanoi.

The conference aims to strengthen the cooperation between Vietnam and foreign non-governmental organizations (INGO), asses the outcomes of the two sides' collaboration in the 2014-2019 period, and exchange information and experiences drawn from the cooperation process.
The event is also a chance to share Vietnam's priorities and needs in cooperation with INGOs and other partners in the 2020-2025 period, as well as to discuss measures to promote collaboration in the coming time.
