In his speech, Head of the Vietnamese Committee Vu Chien Thang said that the shared experiences on state management of religion in each country would help improve the management capability and efficiency in religious affairs, making important contributions to the maintenance of social order and national development in each country.

Apart from discussions during the conference, the delegates had fact-finding trips to some religious establishments and visited some landscapes in Can Tho city and Soc Trang province.
