The biggest city complex named Eco Park functioning as a satellite city of Hanoi will be constructed at the cost of US$ 6 billion in April in Van Giang district, Hung Yen province by Vihajico.
The city has an advantageous location which centres between Hanoi, Noi Bai International Airport and Gia Lam Airport.
Aside from luxurious villas, apartment buildings, the project will also include hospitals, schools, hotels, swimming pools, tennis courts, shopping centres and a 18-hole golf course.
In particular the Eco Park will introduce traditional styled houses on an area of 2.88ha to promote tourism to the city.
The project’s detailed planning was carried out by Singaporean consultants CPG.
