PANO - The two-day Google Startup bootcamp under the theme “Growth hacking”, jointly organized by Google, an American multinational technology company, 500 Startups and the US Consulate in Ho Chi Minh City, wrapped up on November 15 in Ho Chi Minh City.

During the event, participating Vietnamese businesses were introduced to creativity in e-trade, agricultural techniques, e-tickets and supply chain management via direct dialogues with experienced experts.

According to a recent survey by Temasek and Google, Vietnam’s digital economy is expected to earn about US $21 billion in 2020.

Eddie Thai, a joint-venture partner of 500 Startups said, “We are proud of serving as a bridge between promising startup enterprises of Vietnam and the world”, adding that Vietnamese businesses have important elements for a successful startup as dynamic staffers with good knowledge of technology.
