Bat Trang ceramics

The shops were tasked with popularizing Bat Trang potteries to domestic and international customers in response to the “Vietnamese people use Vietnamese goods” campaign launched by the Vietnam Fatherland Front for the 2014-2020 term, the Vietnam E-commerce Development Program of the Government, and the National Startups Program.

The leadership of Project 1102 promoted the brand name of ceramic shops through mass media, marketing and commercial activities, and exchanges with well-known artisans.

Operated by the Vietnam-Bat Trang Joint Stock Company, BatTrang Family Mart is a united model with an estimated 100 shops in 2018 and up to 500 shops by 2020. It is expected to meet the various requirements of customers thanks to their appearance and quality. The company has nearly 1,000 employees working inside a 10,000sq.m complex and approximately 100 satellite factories.

With these shops, the project made a breakthrough in expanding the market for Bat Trang ceramic products, contributing to protecting a traditional handicraft and creating a national brand.
