This is the 8th time Viettel has participated in MWC and the group is Vietnam’s only representative to showcase its technology at the event.

According to Major General Tao Duc Thang, Chairman and General Director of Viettel, at every MWC, Viettel proudly presents their products and technological solutions to thousands of individuals, businesses, and governments worldwide. This is a great honor and a driving force for Viettel to continue creating new products and services. MWC also serves as a valuable opportunity for Viettel to update the latest technological advancements from international partners to apply in Vietnam, expand investment and export Vietnamese technology to the global market.
During the event, Viettel signed business and technology development agreements with Tiktok, Visa, China Telecom Global, Pegatron, Twillio, SANY, and more. Viettel's demonstrations and business activities at MWC affirm the technological capabilities of Vietnam as it participates in one of the largest global technology events.
Technology innovation for sustainable development
At the MWC Barcelona 2025, Viettel showcased 22 products across three core categories: infrastructure, platforms, and applications, serving the needs of connectivity, data management and processing for both enterprises and users. With an increase of five products compared to 2024, this marks the largest number of products Viettel has ever introduced at the event.

The series of products were displayed in a two-storey space with the theme of technology innovation for sustainable development - technological solutions to address global issues.
Product groups introduced included:
• Network infrastructure: products in the 5G ecosystem (5G Private, 5G ORAN, 5G Core), Viettel-designed semiconductor chips (RF-SoC, security chips, 5W X-Band FEM), digital twin solutions for telecom stations, and logistics robot systems.
• Digital platforms: API services for mobile networks, content delivery networks, a data center infrastructure management system, new-generation cybersecurity platforms, and smart traffic management solutions.
• Digital applications: AI-powered virtual assistants, meCall video ringtone, audiobook services (Mydio), and the advanced interactive television platform TV360.
