Under the agreement, Viettel Post will act as FedEx’s national network provider (NNP) in Vietnam, helping improve network efficiency, operational flexibility, and service quality across the country.

FedEx will leverage Viettel Post’s nationwide network, fleet, and domestic infrastructure to better serve Vietnam’s fast-growing trade and e-commerce market. Viettel Post will manage key operations, including end-to-end delivery, warehousing, and customs coordination to ensure smoother and more reliable cross-border logistics.

The integration of FedEx’s global logistics network with Viettel Post’s domestic infrastructure will create a more seamless supply chain, offering faster delivery, wider service coverage, and greater flexibility for customers. This will help Vietnamese businesses  access international markets more effectively, especially as cross-border trade grows.

Masamichi Ujiie, President of FedEx North and South Pacific, said Vietnam remains a key strategic market for FedEx. He noted that partnering with Viettel Post reaffirms FedEx’s long-term commitment to Vietnam and strengthens its ability to deliver faster, more flexible, and globally connected services.

Viettel Post’s Deputy General Director Dinh Thanh Son said the partnership reflects both sides’ commitment to innovation, operational efficiency, and better customer experience. He added that it marks an important step for Viettel Post in integrating more deeply into the global supply chain and helping Vietnamese SMEs access international markets through a more seamless and optimized logistics network.

He affirmed that Viettel Post will continue upgrading its operational system toward greater transparency, consistency, and alignment with FedEx’s international standards.
