PANO - The Hanoi municipal People's Committee, the Kinh te & Do thi (Economy and Urban Area) Newspaper and the Hanoi Elderly Photographers’ Club kicked off the 11th photo exhibition, entitled "Hanoi in me", on October 1 at the Thang Long Imperial Citadel on the occasion of the 62nd anniversary of the Hanoi capital's Liberation Day.

Under the title "The imprint of Hanoi's architectural heritage", the six-day exhibition showcased 80 photos in three topics: "The imprint of architecture of Thang Long - Hanoi"; "The Capital’s architecture in integration period"; "The conservation and embellishment to ensure the diversity of architectural culture".

Several well-known architectural legacies  of the city were highlighted at the event such as the Temple of Literature, the One Pillar Pagoda, Long Bien Bridge, the Flag Tower of Hanoi, Hanoi Opera House, to name but a few.

The exhibition aims to feature great values of the thousand-year architectural heritage of Thang Long – Hanoi, promote the preservation of cultural diversity and recognize architectural development over time.
