Speaking after his re-election, Djouadj said it was an honor for him to be reappointed for the third term, adding that it is also a testament to the efforts he has made in developing this type of sport in Africa.

He emphasized his immediate goal is to be present at all sporting events such as competitions in Africa and internationally, training courses for coaches, as well as providing support to African countries to develop this type of martial art.

Chairman of the World Vovinam Federation Mai Huu Tin praised the role of the AVF's members in promoting the development of Vietnamese martial art and leveraging it to the same levels as other martial arts.

The AVF's members also approved the 2022 program, the admission of new members, as well as the authorization to host the 2022 Africa Vovinam Championships in Senegal, scheduled to take place in October next year.

Regarding the annual activities of these countries, the federation has decided to organize three training sessions in 2022 in Côte d'Ivoire, Libya and Nigeria, as well as graduation exams in Senegal dedicated to martial artists who want to raise belt ranking.
