The festival drew the participation of 120 businesses, with 200 pavilions of local specialties and other services for tourists.

The festival is part of activities to celebrate the 180th anniversary of the development of Tay Ninh province. It is an opportunity to introduce the National Intangible Cultural Heritage of rice paper making, as well as to connect manufacturers and tourism-commercial businesses with neighboring regions.

The dew-wet rice paper is made of rice paper left outside overnight to be moistened by dew, adding a unique flavor to food. The rice paper is usually served with boiled pork, vegetables, and fish sauce.
