Rick Keijzer (21) and Sven Broekhuizen (25) set off from the Netherlands on March 10, 2024, pushing their limits while raising funds for Coop Africa, a charity that provides bicycles to communities in Kenya and Uganda, improving access to education, health care, and livelihoods.

Beyond a welcoming for the two cyclists, “Cycling for the Future” served as a call for a more sustainable Ho Chi Minh City.

Bicycles are increasingly recognized as an eco-friendly mode of transport that helps ease traffic congestion, improve air quality, and enhance public health.
