An exhibition of 140 outstanding paintings by Vietnamese children aged between 6 and 14 is being held in Paris from January 5-31.
Vietnam’s Ambassador to UNESCO, Van Nghia Dung, and a large number of overseas Vietnamese as well as many French people attended the opening ceremony.
The event was organised by the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism in coordination with the Vietnam Cultural Central in France.
Some of these paintings have won prestigous prizes in Egypt, India, the US, Japan, Hungary and Turkey.
