The Vietnamese art troupe included artists from the Vietnam National Music and Dance Theater and the Vietnam National Academy of Music who had won high prizes at the International April Spring Friendship Art Festival in Pyongyang over the past time.
Through performances, famous Vietnamese artists, namely People’s Artists Quang Tho and Thai Bao, Meritorious Artists Bui Cong Duy and Xuan Binh, introduced the beauty of Vietnam, its culture, people, and especially its intangible cultural heritage elements, such as Quan ho (Love duet) and Nha nhac (Hue royal court music) to DPRK people.
