Vietnamese martial artists secured two gold medals in combat events on the last day (November 17) of the ninth World Wushu Championships 2007 in China, raising their number of gold medals to three.
With three gold, four silver and seven bronze medals, the Vietnamese team ranked third after China and Macau.
The World Wushu Championships 2007 drew close to 1,000 artists from 89 countries and territories to compete in 22 performance events and 18 combat weight categories.
