This is the film on the order from the State and partly sponsored and co-produced by Galaxy M&E, Saigon Concert and Phuong Nam Film. The script of the film was adapted from the story of the same name written by Nguyen Nhat Anh. The film takes the context of the village in Vietnam during the 1980s.
The festival has attracted hundreds of cinema products from around the world, of which 19 films will compete for the Golden Palm Awards.
