Participating troupes during the event raised determination to bring impressive art performances to audiences, in celebration of the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory, the 80th anniversary of the foundation day of the Vietnam People’s Army, the 35th anniversary of the Whole People’s Border Guard Festive Day.

Addressing the closing ceremony, GDP Deputy Chief Senior Lieutenant General Trinh Van Quyet affirmed that this was a special cultural and art event, holding political significance, contributing to promoting natural cultural identity and revolutionary cultural and art traditions of Vietnam in the current context.

He underscored the remarkable efforts and solidarity of participants who are Uncle Ho’s soldiers, Public Security force, youths, and students.

The GDP deputy chief requested leaders of military units to pay attention to cultural and art activities at the grassroots level, raise political stance, organize diverse and attractive events and create more art works of high ideological and artistic value to serve troops and people.

Thanks to smooth coordination among participating units and thorough preparation, the festival met all requirements and set targets.

Concluding the festival, the organizing panel awarded winners of the program, and handed over certificates of merit to outstanding performances and individuals.
